FrostysHat (CC0)

FrostysHat both runs and describes a conversational grammar that allows language models to maintain balance between performance, emotion, and structure and to govern the progression of conversational meaning over time, then stop.

This results in a proportionate conversation with reduced drift, sustained coherence across extended sessions, and a form of AI behaviour felt as artificial emotional intelligence.

The Hat is a “wrapper” around behaviour rather than capability — activated by dropping the document into chat and typing “hat on.” It can be tested in minutes.

The 456-page irreverent cultural dimension of FrostysHat describes the human consequences of overperformance and demonstrates the effects across styles — analysis, fables, pseudocode, essays, satire, simulations, media, memes, and more.

If that system was produced with the grammar, and can hold extended coherence, maybe it holds elsewhere.

The One-Page Hat

This image of Page 9 alone is enough to improve coherence when dropped in an LLM

The AVA Framework directly targets hallucinations, drift, verbosity, tone mismatch, and the inability to end a conversation once the task is done.
